Events and Festivals

Apple Cider Century Ride

We revel at the thought of our hometown heritage and celebrate the unexpected in all that is art. Harbor Country fills a calendar with its many reasons for a festival or unique event.

Each year we look forward to winter activities including the HCPAI Birdhouse Auction in January and the February Chocolate Classic. In April we celebrate the arts and spring with the Art Attack tour. Summer kicks off with the Annual Flag Day Celebration, and Artigras, followed by Ship & Shore and Harvest Days.

Our website is updated regularly with activities and events held at the eclectic array of venues in Harbor Country. If the weekend seems way too quiet, you might not be looking hard enough.

It’s Your Turn! with Josh Mason

Local artist and KAC faculty member Josh Mason facilitates a creative and collaborative experience in the artlab that fuses his own philosophical concerns with moments of artistic engagement and participation. Mason states, “It is fitting that the name of this installation should be It’s Your Turn since not only do we all build the installation, everyday we all add to the debris of history (anthropocene).”
