So what is a green business? They operate in ways that solve, rather than cause, both environmental and social problems. They adopt principles, policies, and practices that improve the quality of life for their customers, employees, and communities.

Be inspired by our green members‚ remember the three R’s - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! Use Energy Star appliances, clean with green cleaning supplies, build with sustainable materials for flooring, furnishings, and other home items. Fill your gardens with indigenous plants and flowers, no chemical treatments, and use natural ways to get rid of garden pests. And finally, by buying and using local products, you’ll add to a better future for all of Harbor Country.
