Cynthia Fredrick is a Hammond, IN artist who works primarily in prisma color pencil. Her work is intended as a celebration of the natural beauty of our area as well as a reminder of the need to preserve its integrity. She has won many awards in the region, including the Award of Distinction at the 1996 Northern Indiana Arts Association Salon Show. Together with her husband and two children, Fredrick has been visiting and vacationing in Harbor Country for twenty years.
