The Harbor Country Public Arts Initiative, (HCPAI) a not-for-profit organization dedicated to public art. Since 2010, the organization has installed a number of works by Fritz Olsen, Terry Hewlett, Stephen Hokenson, Eric Shaw, Robert Cordesco, and Bruce Niemi.
