Barton Street Bungalow
Summer is all about being outside and this home is a summer entertainment dream! The home celebrates the outdoors with beautiful gardens, two covered porches, a spacious deck divided into dining, cooking and living area. Enjoy barbecues on the gas fired grill and relax with your favorite beverage while sitting with friends and family around the gas fire table after your day at the beach, biking, paddling, touring the Makers Trail and orchards or just relaxing! The backyard and adjoining lot provides ample play and entertainment area for everyone. This is one of the few properties in New Buffalo that can provide a quality gathering place for large family and friend’s get-togethers and celebrations and will easily accommodate up to a 60 foot tent (call for details and assistance).
The home is in a perfect in town location. It is three blocks to the lake and walking distance to grocery store, shops, restaurants, public beach, marina, bike, kayak and paddle board rentals and the Amtrak train station. In addition, the home is close to the Four Winds Casino, the Makers Trail featuring local breweries, wineries and distilleries, Harbor Country Antique shops, Acorn Theater in Three Oaks, weekend farmers market, 20 minutes to the Lighthouse Outlet Mall, and only 40 minutes from the University of Notre Dame to enjoy those fall football weekends. There are also several Day spa's and golf courses in the area.
