The Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce conference room offers a comfortable, professional setting for business meetings, workshops, nonprofit gatherings, training sessions, and small group events.

• Seats up to 30 attendees
• Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. After-hours rentals may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval from HCCC. Additional fees may apply for rentals outside of regular operating hours.

HCCC Member Nonprofit

Payment & Cancellation

Reservations are subject to availability and Chamber approval.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for reservations made 30 days or more in advance. The deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee.

The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the event. Additional fees may apply for extended use, additional services, or damages.

Please review the Conference Room Rental Policy before submitting a rental request. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the policy.

Reservation Process

1. Submit the online request form below.
2. HCCC reviews your request and confirms availability.
3. Receive your invoice and any required deposit information.
4. Once approved and payment requirements are met, your reservation is confirmed.
